U.S. District Court, E.D. Mich., denies government's motion to dismiss AIG-Shariah lawsuit

In an extremely well-written and soundly analyzed opinion, Judge Lawrence P. Zatkoff of the US District Court for the Eastern District Court of Michigan, has denied the U.S. government's motion to dismiss the lawsuit filed by Kevin Murray.
